Cranberry Wild Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice
    1 c. raw cranberries (fresh or frozen)
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. chopped cashews
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package.
    Stir in cranberries.
    Cook until berries begin to pop.
    Add celery, cashews, orange rind and sugar.
    Spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Cover tightly and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Is very good with fowl.
