Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Minute Rice (uncooked)
2 pkg. frozen broccoli or 1 large bunch fresh
8 oz. Cheez Whiz
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. margarine
bread crumbs
Preparation

Undercook the broccoli, drain and place in casserole dish. Melt cheese and margarine.
Add rest of ingredients, except crumbs, and pour over broccoli.
Top with crumbs (can use corn flake crumbs).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serves 8.
