Potatoes Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. red potatoes
    3 to 4 celery stalks
    1 bunch chopped green onions (including stalks)
    10 hard-boiled eggs
    mayonnaise or dressing
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil whole red potatoes.
    Allow to cool.
    Peel and chop into fairly large pieces.
    Chop eggs, celery and onions and add to potatoes.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Add mayonnaise or dressing.
