Melt In Your Mouth Blueberry Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, separated
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. floured blueberries
Preparation
    Sift flour, powder and salt.
    Beat egg whites.
    Cream oleo and sugar.
    Add egg yolks and beat.
    Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.
    Fold in egg whites, lemon juice and blueberries.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Pour into small round pan or loaf pan.
