Yellow Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. yellow crookneck squash
    1 large onion, chopped
    salt to taste
    1 c. milk
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 tsp. parsley
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Boil squash and onion until tender; drain. Salt to taste. Scald milk with margarine.
    Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Pour into prepared casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
