Tropical Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small mango, peeled and diced
    1/3 c. finely diced cucumber
    1 small tomato, diced
    1 green onion, diced
    1 Tbsp. minced jalapeno chili
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh cilantro
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh mint
    1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in medium bowl.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Can be prepared 3 hours ahead.
    Chill.
    This is wonderful with swordfish and a well chilled bottle of a dry white wine.
