Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt, soda and cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1/4 c. salad oil
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
    1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt, soda, cinnamon and sugar.
    Mix well. Make a well in center and add eggs and oil.
    Stir only until all dry ingredients are moistened.
    Stir in strawberries and pecans. Spoon batter into 2 lightly greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tested done.
    Let stand overnight.
    Can be wrapped and frozen.
