Chicken Swiss - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large boneless and skinless chicken breasts
6 slices Alpine Lace Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can white wine
1 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
2 c. Pepperidge Farm herbed stuffing mix
1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
Preparation

Cut chicken breasts in two.
Lay slice of Swiss cheese on each one.
Place single layer in baking dish. Mix cream of chicken soup with white wine and pour over cheese and chicken. Spread layer of mushrooms on top.
Cover with 2 cups of stuffing mix and drizzle melted butter or margarine over all.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
