Caesar Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium clove garlic
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. other oil
1 egg
1 Tbsp. French's Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
freshly ground pepper
1 large head romaine lettuce, torn
4 anchovy fillets, cut into pieces
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. garlic and onion croutons
Preparation

Crush garlic; add to oil, egg, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper in jar with tight fitting lid.
Shake to combine.
Chill.
