Fiesta Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. chili powder
6 corn tortillas, buttered
1 to 1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 small can chopped ripe olives
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. water
Preparation

Brown meat, onion and seasonings until crumbly.
In a round casserole, alternate layers of tortillas, meat sauce, olives and cheese.
Pour tomato sauce over top.
Add water.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Yield: 6 servings.
