Cornmeal Mush - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 c. cold water
    3 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix cornmeal with cold water.
    Stir into boiling water with salt.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture boils.
    Cover and cook over a defuser (if you have one) or very low heat until very thick.
