Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Rice
    1 qt. Milk
    1 Egg, beaten
    1 c. Sugar
    1 tsp. Vanilla
    Raisins
    Cinnamon or Nutmeg
Preparation
    Cook Rice until form holds. Add Milk and cook until thick. Mix into Egg the Sugar and Vanilla. Add Raisins. Combine all mixtures in a double boiler. Cook 5 minutes to reheat. Sprinkle with Cinnamon or Nutmeg.
