Quick Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 rounded tsp. baking powder
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. melted shortening
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients well.
    Add liquids.
    Beat with mixer for at least 5 minutes, adding flour as you beat until it is too stiff for beater to turn easily.
    Remove beater and add more flour, using a spoon, until it is firm.
    Flour board and place dough on it.
    Knead enough to form a smooth ball and roll to about 1/2-inch thickness and cut into biscuits.
    Dip each biscuit in melted margarine.
    Fold in half and let rise until doubled.
    Bake in 450\u00b0 oven.
    Makes about 30 to 35 rolls.
