Hash Brown Potato Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag hash brown potatoes, thawed
    2 cartons sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. soft oleo
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except potatoes.
    Mix thawed potatoes into mixture.
    Mix 2 cups corn flake crumbs with 1/2 cup soft oleo; sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0, uncovered, for 40 minutes. Can be frozen for later dinners.
