Sour Cream Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. apples, peeled, cored and sliced
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 beaten egg
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together in a bowl.
    Beat egg slightly. Add sour cream and vanilla.
    Add to dry ingredients and stir well. Add sliced apples and stir well to coat all pieces.
    Pour into greased 2-quart casserole.
    Place casserole in a pan of water in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Bake for 35 minutes.
