Salmon Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. milk
    8 eggs
    2 lb. can salmon
Preparation
    Fry bacon crisp. Cool and crumble. Set aside.
    Steam chopped onions and chopped celery until tender. Set aside.
    Lightly sprinkle bottom of a baking pan with garlic salt.
    Place halibut fillets in pan.
    Sprinkle again with garlic salt, white pepper and Johnnie's seafood seasoning.
    Top each fillet with onion/celery mix and bacon crumbles.
    Pour evaporated milk over each fillet to completely moisten each fillet.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes until fish flakes and is no longer translucent.
    Serve with slice of lemon on top.
