Shrimp Fettuccine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    3/4 c. sliced asparagus
    3/4 c. peas
    1/2 c. sliced green onion
    3/4 lb. shrimp
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/8 tsp. crushed hot red pepper
    2 Tbsp. white wine
    8 oz. fettuccine, cooked and drained
    grated Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook garlic in butter and olive oil.
    Add vegetables.
    Cook and stir about 5 minutes.
    Stir in shrimp, seasonings and wine. Cook and stir on high 1 minute or until shrimp is thoroughly heated.
    Serve over hot fettuccine.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Makes about 4 servings.
