Spinach Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
 
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
dash of nutmeg
3 eggs, beaten
6 Tbsp. butter, softened
Preparation
- 
                            Thaw spinach.
 
Drain and squeeze out all excess moisture. Blend in other ingredients.
Shape into small balls (approximately 40).
Refrigerate or freeze.
Bake on a lightly greased baking sheet at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve with Spicy Mustard Sauce.
