Spoon Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
Preparation

In a medium bowl, stir together flour and salt.
Make well in center.
Mix eggs and milk together and pour into well.
Mix well with fork.
Tilt bowl over large pot of boiling salt water and with a sharp knife, cut off small pieces of batter into water. Cook until dumplings puff and rise to top of water (about 5 minutes).
Remove and drain in colander.
Makes about 4 cups.
