Rhubarb Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
3/4 c. uncooked oats
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. sliced rhubarb
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients until crumbly.
Press into 9-inch pan using 1/2 of crumbs. Top with rhubarb.
In a small saucepan combine remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil; boil 3 minutes. Mixture will be thick and clear.
Pour over rhubarb.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
