Butternut Squash Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 butternut squash, peeled and diced
    1 sweet potato, peeled and diced
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 onions, sliced
    2 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp. of curry powder
    6 c. vegetable stock
    salt
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions and garlic with a little bit of salt and fry until brown. Add curry powder, mixing it with the onions until the spice has heated and gives off a spicy fragrance. Put in squash and potatoes, and mildly braise them. Add just enough vegetable stock so that the squash and potatoes are submerged in the stock.
