Clam Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 clove garlic
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of pepper
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can minced or chopped clams
1/4 c. clam broth
Preparation

Rub mixing bowl well with cut garlic and discard.
Drain clams, reserving broth.
Blend ingredients well, adding reserved broth as needed for desired consistency.
(Add gradually, since 1/4 cup is usually more than enough.) Makes about 2 cups.
This is also good with sherry used for part of the liquid.
