Pineapple Fizz - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. crushed pineapple in pure juice
2 tsp. liquid sweetener
1/2 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
Preparation
-
Combine all ingredients and freeze in ice cube tray.
When ready to serve, place 3 or 4 cubes in a tall glass and fill with Fresca, Vernor's 1-Cal or your choice of flavored no-cal soda or club soda.
