Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 bell pepper, diced
    3/4 onion, chopped
    1 c. rice
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 c. tomatoes
Preparation
    Brown chicken in 4 tablespoons margarine.
    Take chicken out. Add pepper and onion to skillet.
    Add rice, broth, salt and chili powder.
    Bring to a boil and add 1 cup tomatoes.
    Place chicken on top and simmer for 30 minutes.
