Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can kernel corn
1 can creamed corn
1 pkg. Mexican corn bread mix
1 stick margarine
1 c. onions
1 c. bell pepper
2 eggs
Preparation

Saute onion and bell peppers in margarine.
In bowl, mix both cans of corn, eggs and corn bread mix.
Stir all ingredients together and pour into lightly greased casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until firm and lightly brown on top.
