Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 9 yellow crookneck squash, sliced
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    2 carrots, grated
    2 onions, finely minced or grated
    2 sticks margarine
    1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread dressing mix
Preparation
    In saucepan, barely cover squash with water and cook until tender but not mushy.
    Drain thoroughly in colander.
    Set aside.
