Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. spaghetti
2 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
2 well beaten eggs
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. green pepper
1 (8 oz.) tomatoes, chopped
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 (8 oz.) cottage cheese
Preparation

Cook spaghetti and drain. Stir in butter, cheese and eggs. Put in the bottom of baking dish. Brown meat and drain. Add all other ingredients, except cottage cheese. Simmer for 10 or 15 minutes. Put cottage cheese on top of spaghetti in dish. Add the meat mixture to top of cottage cheese. Chill for 2 hours or let set in the refrigerator overnight. Bake, covered, for 1 hour. Uncover and sprinkle with 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0.
