Zucchini-Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. oil
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 can crushed pineapple
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Beat together sugar, eggs, zucchini and oil.
    Add next 6 ingredients.
    Mix well. Add pineapple and nuts.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
