Easy Cheesy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes, cubed
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1/3 c. chopped green onions
    1 1/2 c. shredded Longhorn and Velveeta
Preparation
    Boil potatoes.
    When done, drain.
    Set aside.
    Heat soup; add margarine until melted.
    Blend in sour cream, onions and cheese until melted.
    Pour mixture over potatoes and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
