One-Eyed Egyptian Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 slice bread (per sandwich)
    1 egg (per sandwich)
    butter
Preparation
    Squish out
    a flat spot in the middle of bread the size of a half-dollar.
    Tear
    out
    a
    hole the size of a quarter in the middle of flat spot.
    Melt butter in frying pan and cook 1 side of the
    bread in it.
    Take it out; put in more butter and put in the other
    side of the bread.
    Put the egg on top with the yolk in the hole.
    Cook it awhile;
    turn it over and feed it to a hungry kid.
