Oriental Honey Pork Tenderloin With Cashews - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sliced pork tenderloin
    8 oz. chopped cashews
    1 c. honey
    1/2 c. water
    2 oz. lemon juice
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 bag Oriental vegetables
    chili peppers (optional for more spice)
    1/4 tsp. minced garlic
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice or steamed rice
Preparation
    In a large skillet, place garlic and tenderloin* and cook over medium heat.
    Add cashews, honey and water.
    Cook until water is reduced.
    Add lemon juice and soy sauce.
    Mix in Oriental vegetables and let simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Do not overcook. Allow vegetables to stay crisp.
    Serve over rice.
