Chicken-Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

8 chicken breasts
2 boxes frozen broccoli or 1 large bag
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. cholesterol-free, reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

Boil and debone chicken; cut in chunks.
Cook broccoli per package instructions and drain.
Cover bottom of large casserole dish with broccoli.
Add chicken chunks.
Combine soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
Pour mixture over chicken and broccoli.
Top with grated cheese and bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
Can be made a day ahead.
