Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1 c. water
    1 qt. whole milk
    1/4 c. butter
    3 eggs
    1 c. golden raisins
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Pour rice into rapidly boiling, lightly salted water. Cover and cook for 7 minutes. All water should be absorbed, and rice will be al dent. Add milk and butter. Stir gently until butter melts. Bring to a boil. Cover and cook slowly over low heat for 1 hour.
