Apple Dapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. Crisco
    4 eggs
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    3 c. raw apples, chopped
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat sugar, oil and eggs well.
    Add flour gradually, beating well.
    Add vanilla, nuts, apples and cinnamon, mixing ingredients well.
    Pour into greased and floured tube cake pan.
    Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Let cool about 30 minutes, then turn onto cake plate.
