Pork And White Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, trimmed loin chops
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 large apple
    1/4 cabbage
    1 (16 oz.) can small white beans
    3 Tbsp. ketchup
    3 Tbsp. maple syrup
    1 small onion, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Cut pork to bite size pieces.
    Brown in a large frypan. Remove.
    Add
    margarine, apple, cabbage and onion to pan. Cook until
    soft, stirring often.
    Re-add pork and rest of ingredients. Cook
    over low heat, simmering off most of liquid. Real good with corn bread!
