Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. mashed bananas
1 1/4 c. oil
4 eggs

Preparation

Mix in bowl the flour, sugar, soda, salt and mashed bananas. Mix well, then add eggs one at a time.
Mix after adding each egg. Add oil last and beat well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
Be sure to grease and flour pan before adding cake mixture.
