Stupid Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
20 or more Ritz crackers, broken in pieces
1 c. nuts, chopped fine

Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add sugar and vanilla; beat until smooth.
Fold in crackers and nuts. Bake in foil disposable pans for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Chill and top with whipped cream.
