Creme Fraiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. whipping cream
    1/4 c. cultured buttermilk
Preparation
    In saucepan, heat whipping cream to 90\u00b0.
    Pour into bowl; stir buttermilk.
    Cover, let stand at room temperature, for 18 hours. Do not stir.
    Store in covered container in refrigerator for 1 week.
