Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cake flour
    1 c. self-rising flour
    6 large eggs, separated
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. canned milk
    1 c. butter or Crisco
    2 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Beat butter and sugar well.
    Add egg yolks one at a time.
    Beat well after each addition.
    Add flour and milk a little at a time. Beat egg whites and fold into batter.
    Add vanilla.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, then turn to 350\u00b0 and bake another 30 minutes. Makes a large cake.
