Broccoli-Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1 medium onion
    1 c. celery
    4 to 6 Tbsp. flour
    2 cans chicken broth
    1 pkg. broccoli, cooked
    1/4 to 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 to 1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar
    1 c. milk
    1 c. light cream
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Saute margarine; cut up onion and cut up celery, then add 4 to 6 tablespoons flour.
    Add chicken broth and 1 package of cut up, cooked broccoli.
    Heat and add 1/4 to 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese (cut up) and 1 to 1 1/2 cups of cut up sharp Cheddar cheese.
    Heat 1 cup milk and 1 cup light cream together, then add it to mixture. Add 2 chicken bouillon cubes.
    Add water or milk if a thinner consistency is needed.
