Country Chicken Or Turkey Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bacon, diced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 soup can water
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
    2 medium carrots, sliced
    1 can green beans
    1 1/2 c. cubed, cooked chicken or canned chicken
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crisp.
    Place on paper towel.
    In drippings, cook onion.
    Add soup, water, potatoes and carrots; heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
    Cover; cook 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Stir in beans, chicken and bacon.
    Cover another 10 minutes.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
    Makes 6 cups.
