Hot Cheese And Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crab meat, flaked
1 (10 oz.) stick sharp natural Cheddar cheese, cut in small pieces
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sliced sharp process American cheese, cut in small pieces
1/3 c. skim milk
1/2 c. Sauterne
Preparation

Combine the crab meat and cheeses with skim milk; stir over low heat until cheeses melt.
Add Sauterne and crab meat; heat through.
Makes 3 cups.
