Rice With Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large zucchini, sliced
    2 c. white rice
    1 Tbsp. thyme
    1 onion, chopped
    peanut or olive oil
Preparation
    Cook onion for 8 to 10 minutes, or until they are soft.
    Add rice, 4 cups of water and thyme.
    When the rice has absorbed most of the water, add sliced zucchini.
    Cook over low heat until the vegetables are done.
