Barbecue Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. ground chuck
1 green pepper
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. chili powder
2 to 4 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans
1 onion
1 c. catsup
1 tsp. red pepper
hot sauce to taste
salt to taste
Preparation

Fry meat, drain and rinse real good.
Add onion and pepper. Fry until meat is brown and pepper is soft.
Put in a large baking dish.
Add catsup, brown sugar, red pepper, chili powder and beans.
Also hot sauce.
Mix together.
Bake in oven for about 30 to 45 minutes.
May be microwaved.
