Grandma'S Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 c. shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/4 c. milk
    3 c. oatmeal
    1 c. chopped raisins
Preparation
    Mix all together and refrigerate 1 hour.
    Roll out 1/4-inch to 1/3-inch thick.
    Sprinkle with sugars.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 12 to 15 minutes on greased cookie sheet.
    After baking, store sealed to keep soft.
    (I roll them in balls, and flatten them.)
