Irish Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 medium potato
box 10x sugar
peanut butter

Preparation

Peel and boil potato.
Mix thoroughly with sugar until you have a ball like pie crust.
With rolling pin, roll out to look like pie crust.
Spread on top with peanut butter.
Roll up like a jelly roll and slice.
