Chicken Casserole 2 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 to 8 chicken breasts
1 small sour cream
1 stick margarine
1 can cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation

Boil chicken until tender and pull apart or cut in pieces. Put chicken in bottom of dish.
Mix sour cream and soup together and spread on top of chicken.
Sprinkle Ritz crackers on top and press into mixture.
Cut up margarine and put on top.
Sprinkle with black pepper.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
Light and dark meat may be used, if desired.
