Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. chopped tart apples
1 c. chopped black walnuts
juice of 1 or 2 lemons
1 c. 10x sugar

Preparation

While cake is warm spread top with mixture made from juice of lemons mixed with sugar.
Broil glaze until hot and bubbly.
