Pumpkin-Pecan Bread - cooking recipe

3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. oil
2/3 c. water
1 c. chopped pecans
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. canned pumpkin
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Sift together flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar.
Stir thoroughly.
Make a well in the center of dry ingredients.
Add all at once oil, eggs, water and pumpkin. Mix in pecans.
Pour batter in 4 greased 8 x 4-inch pans.
Bake 1 hour or until done.
