Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
4 large bananas, mashed
2 large eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
3 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation

Cream milk, vanilla, sugar and shortening; add eggs and bananas.
Combine salt, soda and baking powder to flour.
Add to banana mixture.
Fold in nuts.
Pour into 3 loaf pans and bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 to 65 minutes.
Freezes real good.
